Here are the Raja Ampat Diving Tour terms of service in one paragraph. This website is for information only. Any booking is a contract with Komodo Luxury under a written quote you accept. Licensed partner dive centres and vessels lead the dives, and their own safety rules and waivers apply. Prices are estimates as of 2026, and Indonesian law governs.
Who are you dealing with when you use this site?
Raja Ampat Diving Tour (rajaampatdivingtour.com) is published by Juara Holding Group. The reservations team of Komodo Luxury handles enquiries and bookings directly.
Komodo Luxury is not a PADI, SSI or other certifying dive centre. It plans your trip, arranges vessels, stays and transfers, and books your diving with licensed partner dive centres and dive liveaboards. The dive master or instructor in the water works for that partner.
By browsing the site, sending an enquiry or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms.
Is the content on this site advice?
No. Our guides to Cape Kri, Blue Magic, Manta Sandy, Misool and Wayag are general planning information. So are our season notes, certification guidance and fee summaries. None of it is medical, legal, insurance or financial advice.
Conditions, rules and prices change. Confirm anything important with us in writing.
How is a booking formed?
A booking exists only when all three steps are complete:
- Komodo Luxury sends a written quote by email or WhatsApp. It names the itinerary, dates, vessel or dive centre, what is and is not included, the price, the payment schedule and the cancellation terms.
- You accept that quote in writing.
- We receive the deposit stated in the quote.
The written quote is the contract. If anything on this website conflicts with your quote, the quote wins.
Who is responsible for what?

What rules apply to the diving itself?
A licensed partner runs every dive. Their safety rules, certification checks, medical questionnaires and liability release forms apply. You will be asked to sign them before your first dive. If you decline to sign, the partner may refuse to take you diving. Any refund for those dives follows your quote.
The dive leader has the final say. They may switch a site, shorten a dive or keep a diver out of the water because of current, visibility, health or experience.
Operators generally treat Cape Kri, Blue Magic and the Misool pinnacles as sites for Advanced Open Water divers with drift experience. Some liveaboards now set minimums such as AOW plus around 50 logged dives. Open Water divers usually stay above 18-20 m, at calmer sites near Waisai and resort reefs.
You agree to:
- declare medical conditions and medication honestly;
- carry proof of certification and your logbook;
- hold dive-specific insurance that covers evacuation and hyperbaric (decompression chamber) treatment;
- follow manta rules at cleaning stations: no touching, no chasing, stay off the station.
Are prices and park fees fixed?
Prices on this site are estimates as of 2026. They can change until a written quote confirms them. For example, Komodo Luxury quotes Raja Ampat luxury dive liveaboards on request for the specific vessel, dates, duration, guest count and inclusions.
The authorities set government charges, not us. They are usually billed on top of the base price:

Every guest pays, diver or not, even on a single day trip. Misool’s conservation area may charge its own extra contribution.
If a fee changes after you book, you pay the amount in force on your travel date.
What happens if weather or currents change the plan?
The main season runs October to April. From June to August, seas in the north get rougher. From July to September, wind and swell make Misool crossings and Wayag lagoon trips harder to predict.
The captain and dive leader may reroute, reorder or cancel dives and crossings for safety. These changes do not break the contract. If a reasonable alternative exists, we will offer it. Any refund follows the cancellation terms in your quote.
Do you guarantee mantas or other marine life?
No. Manta Sandy is most reliable from October to April, especially December to March. Raja Ampat also has the highest recorded reef-fish diversity on earth. Even so, no refund or credit is owed if you don’t see a particular animal.
How do cancellations and changes work?
Your written quote sets out the cancellation, change and refund terms, because partner vessels and dive centres have different policies. Send any cancellation or change in writing to the email or WhatsApp number below. Park fees already paid to the authorities may not be refundable. We recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation.
How do you handle personal data?
We handle personal data under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP, Law No. 27 of 2022), fully in force since October 2024. We collect only what a trip needs:
- name and contact details
- passport data for permits
- certification level and dive history
- health details you share for dive safety
Health data is sensitive. We share it only with the partner dive centre or vessel that needs it.

If you visit from the EU or UK, the GDPR may apply because we offer services to you. We honour the same requests from you. Your data will be processed in Indonesia and shared with partner operators there. If a data breach affects you, UU PDP requires us to notify you in writing within 3×24 hours of finding it. What are the limits of liability?
As far as Indonesian law allows, Komodo Luxury is not liable for what independent dive centres, vessels, airlines, ferries, hotels or authorities do or fail to do. It is also not liable for losses caused by weather, sea conditions, illness, force majeure or a failure to follow safety instructions.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indonesia’s Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 8 of 1999). Nor does it exclude any liability the law does not allow us to exclude. Juara Holding Group, as publisher, is responsible for website content only, not for running the trip.
Which law applies, and how are disputes settled?
The laws of the Republic of Indonesia govern these terms and every booking. Please raise any complaint in writing first, and both sides will try to settle it in good faith within 30 days. If that fails, the dispute goes to the competent courts of Indonesia. You keep any consumer dispute options open to you under Indonesian law.
Can these terms change?
Yes. The date at the top shows the current version. The version in force when you accepted your quote applies to that booking.
